Hey everyone. I decided to paint my grill to match (as closely as I could), the factory color. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely close enough. I feel like it’s a big improvement over the black grill that came on it. Thoughts?

Got tired of the battleship gray and camoed mine. Turned out well. I used the moss green also but it is a softer green. Love that color, might after the camo gets a bit tattered paint it with the solid moss. With some black, brown, and gray with the moss it does look different for sure.

plumbstraight A good picture would be nice.
A picture is worth 1000 words. Fifty Three Words only gives us part of the picture :).
On a more serious note, a picture would be good. I suspect it looks very nice.
Your paint job may last a very long time. I rattle canned my old sniper rifle and Leupold Tactical Scope twenty some years ago, expecting to need to tune the paint job up over the years. Guess what, it still looks very good. Note it was carried in my patrol car in a hard case. That saved the finish a lot of wear. The point being your paint job may hold up well with good surface prep before painting.
