Noisy leaf spring bushings

Question for everyone, I find the leaf spring bushings have to be greased after every trip or 2. The front are worse than the rear. Is this common ? And what kind of grease are you guys using ? I am using Lucas Red and Tacky.

I just greased up with Amsoil. What kind of noises are you getting. Popping or squeaking?

Mostly squeaks now and then a rattle. It's fine for a ride or two after greasing.
