This. An actual Jake Brake would be super costly, they're built into the head and alter the operation of the exhaust valves. Not sure it would even be feasible. An exhaust brake like the PacBrake though would likely work, but unless you're towing something that weighs a LOT the majority of the time, it probably wouldn't be worth the effort.

You would have better luck retrofitting a PacBrake exhaust brake behind the turbo.
