Per the State laws, no Interstate Highway (I-90 ish) or State Highway (ID-95 ish). Other than that ... we are all good to go.

CDA PowerSports did the entire transaction @ the Idaho DMV. Have your dealer call Mike Scott @ CDA PowerSports 208-756-1495

I was able to apply for title and register at my local DMV--- they registered my Roxor as a UTV " restricted plates" as others above. According to the surly bitchy employee I was dealing with, I am not allowed under restricted plates to drive on any roadway--only off road. I am waiting to hear back from the state authority to verify it however. Once my title arrives in the mail, I might try getting full registration in another state or something.

Here's a simple explanation and what we have now is the UTV registration.

I'm in Idaho, not sure of the $2,000 option you are asking about.

Good news for you guys! Met a guy driving his Roxor around with out of state plates from Dirt Legal. That's the only way they can currently tag one for use in FL. Not sure how the renewal process works.

Just 95 and interstate? I was researching ID restriction today. I couldn't figure out the federal and state highway part.

I looked up all the "state" highways. It's a long list.

Yes there are a fair amount of Interstates, Northern Idaho - Panhandle has a small amount. The reason I hitch it behind my truck and just go from there!

I'm trying to do in depth research on this issue. Then look on a map and figure out how to navigate the state without hitting a state or fed highway. Colorado is a friken mess. Dope legal all over the state and so are UTV per state law but stupidly restricted by county and local.
