HVAC Install

Have any of you installed your own HVAC? I see the instructions are 52 pages, so it must be quite involved. I was set on buying a 2027 All Weather when they come out, but there are some good buys on base units now. A $9,000 spread allows for an HVAC and Hardcabs kit. The dealer has never installed HVAC and I don’t think is interested in doing it.

It looks like it hangs low but it doesn't. It sits above the rails.
