Ok, so is the glass floating in between the 2 bulbs?

Jeepish,
Sweet rig for sure! Can you tell me about your windshield wiper setup? I’ve got a small blade, center mounted manual wiper on my dirt warrior windshield but would like a larger blade and the corner attach looks like a good idea.

Thank you. I’ll do my best.. so I called the dealer where I bought my machine and said I needed a windshield wiper kit for the fortress windshield setup.
They said “oh sure! We have those no problem”. The fortress tip out windshield had the holes already in the upper corners on both sides where it’s mounted because the windshield tips out from the bottom. Well, what they sold me was not set up for the fortress windshield.. I suppose it was for another one because the wires for the second wiper was about 4 feet too short. I settled on just using 1 wiper. Also the wiper arm had an offset bend in them but I had to order a straight arm to make it work. Not exactly a straight forward install but it works.

@Collin S. purchased the “cull” grille. Thanks to him and @Cloud for the idea to cut the extra slots around the headlights. I really like the look. I’ll be shipping your guys grilles out first of the week. I decided since I had taken my original grille off to go ahead and update it to the new look. Here’s mine with the expanded metal behind.

Oh dang I like that green and black look a lot. Smooth. Excellent front bumper. Never realized a front hitch could be so useful but now I see the light.

I just received and installed my CJ7 style grill from @Jeepish and couldn’t be any happier. Amazing craftsmanship and incredible material quality. Also loved the “handmade by...” brand on the backside. Thanks so much for such a killer grill. Here are some before and after pics.

Good work Jeepish.
I like to look of the HDPE grill because the material has a 3rd dimension (vs a 1/8" steel or 1/4" aluminum). Very nice looking grill.

@Collin S.

Looks like you don't have bezels yet. I'm looking to do the swap on my 2020 but haven't found a definite answer as to direct fit. Would love to know if you already have some bezels that work or to know what route you end up going.

Thanks

I haven’t found bezels yet. It’s a bummer that you can’t buy only Roxor bezels from the manufacturer. There are a few options on Amazon for CJs. I need to order and few and see how they fit. There’s also someone here who offered to cut some out of the same plastic as the grill I just got.

You still running without bezels? I have a Harley headlight ring in going to test as soon as I get the beast apart, and then back together.

Got my grille installed finally. Tried out the Harley bezel real quick,I don't think it's going to work but I'll fool with it some more later.

Anybody know how long of a bolt I need for the bottom center? I know it's M6-1.0 and I'm thinking 35mm should do it.
