Tinkered with a cull piece today and added 2 more slots. Needs a little tweaking but you get the gist.

I don’t take deposits but just shoot me a private message for whoever is interested and I’ll get a list going. Thanks.

Very nice grille for a very fair price. No doubt a better value than what I am offering. I hope you’re not offended or threatened by my mediocre shop skills. My #1 motivation on this forum is to inspire others and gain inspiration from others. That being said, I don’t mind dedicating a few hours of my time in the shop to making a handful of members rides a little more awesome than they already are. Like most people these days my time is precious and I’m only trying to take on what I have time to produce. I wish you nothing but the best of luck with your awesome grilles. Feel free to use my posts to promote them anytime.

Those are very nice doors! I’m more of a “trim it til it fits” kind of guy though. Wouldn’t know what to with a .dwg file.

Here is with door on. The black transition piece is all cut and trim. But look different once powder coated.

Looks good. I found that with the door going straight up from the large radius, it created a blind spot. Also, the ROPS at the windshield angles in toward the roof. Any flat door needs to be angled in to match this. I spent 2 days working on this door only to figure out that a piece of HDPE this big is too flimsy to go down the trail or road at any speed. Looks cool parked though.

Cut out opening in the HDPE the size I wanted, then cut two pieces of plexi.

Used Screw-on door weatherstripping like you can buy at Lowe’s for the trim. Just flipped it over backwards and screwed it to the inside and outside faces of the door. The rubber bulb gives you a good deal and plexi slides nicely. It was just all I could find in the shop that would work.
