Roxor Ownership
Looking to buy
First time here. I’m an older codger and not always familiar with the intricacies and nuances of online chat, so please excuse ahead of time if I slip up. A simple correction is all that’s necessary in general.
Never owned a Roxor. A couple of Jeeps over the years (‘93 square headlight Wrangler which broke the timing chain at around 5 mph going through a foot deep puddle in under 5k miles and, if I’m not wrong, a first year modular hard top that leaked like a sieve). I then waited a few years for the diesel (made more sense to me than gasoline for my purposes) until they came out. When I saw how complicated and plugged up they were, with relatively poor efficiency for what a diesel could be as well as high purchase and service costs, I was disappointed. An acquaintance who ran a Jeep service department, asked me, “Why the hell would you want the diesel?” Then I saw the Roxors. Then I discovered Dirt Legal. After a few years of hmmn and hahhn, here I am.

Welcome
The 2.7L Diesel in a Roxor seems to work just fine.
The problem with a Stellantis Diesel in a Jeep would be that they would have to junk it up with unnecessary electronic garbage. Installing a SIMPLE PROVEN Diesel that does not break is over their head.

Welcome did you buy a roxor or thinking of it? Either way they are great little rides!

If you are close to Texas I have one fully decked out that I will sell.

Not yet. Just starting to look.
Downsouth,
I bought my very first Roxor on Feb 17th of this year. I've barely had her ( yes, I name my cars female names ) long enough to change out the "Break-in" oil. I first saw them in 2018 with the first models in the states, and have been pining over one for 8 years. At first, my wife was scared of it, but after 1 ride and letting her drive, now I'm on the hook for #2 ! I feel like a winner and a failure at the same time, but I ain't complaining. I just gotta figure out how I'm gonna be able to afford upgrades on 2 Roxors...lol

BTW, My Roxor is a 2024 black HD Base which was bought, as fate would have it, on Lunar New Year of 2026...so I named her "Luna"
