Fuel Mileage 2024 2.7L

I decided to check the Fuel Mileage on ONE TANK of Diesel. My normal driving, gravel roads and probably 30% pavement. Very little slow off road driving. My math came up with 25.93 MPG. That is probably 10 MPG better fuel mileage than my 2013 Wrangler 2 door with a 3.6L Engine and Automatic Transmission is getting.
I just rolled over 7,000 miles on Rocky. That would be in 2 years and one month. I bought Rocky in June 2024.

Hello BobR1,

I believe on my 2022 with my 5.38 gears, Stage II Tune, and true 35-inch Off Road tires, I only get 20 MPG. I will need to check again but I do drive 45 to 55 MPH here on asphalt roads.

Sorry guys, that is a Stage II Tune. It is now corrected above. I think my proofreader has been hitting the bottle again. And I did send the ECU back to DF so they could set the data to 35-inch tires, but my speed is still off the True Speed. We have speed indicators up and down our roads around here.

Make sure your Speedo is calibrated or you are compensating

The factor is 1.21 to one if you are using factory calibrated Speedo and 35’s
