Fuel gauge

I'm working on my 2018. Has anyone here installed an aftermarket fuel gauge? Which wire on the fuel tank plug is the wire for the gauge (rheostat on the float). On my plug there's 4 wires and none of them are purple. On my plug there's a RED with Black stripe, GREEN with Black stripe, WHITE with Black stripe, BLACK with a White stripe. And can I just splice into the wire while leaving it also connected to the speedo to keep the computer happy?

White black strip i did my 2020. But my gauge reads backwards
