I have a 2018 Roxor SE 5speed... I was driving a few weeks ago and it just died... Still power (Lights Electical Starter etc) engine just stopped (Crank No Start) ... Removed and reinstalled the ECU connector and it started up and ran...For about 2 weeks... then same deal... Just died... Took to a friend (Diesel Mechanic) who listended to my story, Blow out the connector and used dialectic grease... Plugged it in and she fired up... He put 17 test miles on it no issue... I picked it up and drove 23 miles home... no issues... That was yesterday... This morning get up drive 2 miles and boom dies... crank no start... Nothing I do to the plug works now ... Any help or expertise woule be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I had problems with mine dying. Then it would crank and start or take some time to get started. But it was kinda losing power and sputtering a little before dying. it would idle but when I put it under a load it would sputter and die. by the time I got it loaded on a trailer and back home to start diagnosing it i couldnt even get it to start at all. Ended up it was my in tank fuel pump. The pump still worked and could get flow to the filter but it wasn’t supplying enough pressur/volume for the high pressure engine pump to operate. swapped the tank pump and it’s been fine since.

I appreciate the input thanks... I am not sure it is fuel related since I am not having performance issues when it runs..(LOL) But I will definitely look into fuel delivery as well. THANK YOU!

Streetwise,

I would check for a loose engine ground on the engine run side system. Probably the first check would be the engine ground cable (to the Frame).

The connection needs to be solid. If you can move the cable by hand, it needs to be tightened.

I would follow up with checking connections to power and ground as USMC suggests. I had a 1997 chevy k1500, would just quit going down the road randomly, loose ground was the cause
