It’s cool, I like it
Yeah this is as far I can go without removing factory ROPS , basically I built it on top of it . Not perfect but gives some protection when kids ride in back

It is still bit flappy but continue to improve this

Also if it did not work I can undo and go back to stock

That's nice! What frame does it have? It looks very professionally done
It is the frame of Thar ( Bought from ebay), got the full kit( including the B- pillars ) but decided just to use the existing roll bars . Not Perfect but gives some protection from wind and rain. The other day it rained the rain got me from the opening on the driver side , but nothing from the canvas

Total for frame plus canvas top about 680$, you can save some if you choose the black top , for some reason the brown top was expensive. Higher grade material or something. It does feel very durable. I figured some tricks along the way , wish I knew before I started this project, but not too pad.

With a windshield, your canvas configuration, the THAR complete doors, and B-pillar you can possibly fully enclose it for 2.5K to 3K dollars.

How accurate you think that is?

Winshield : 400 ( max) , Thar Doors 1300 , Frame ( Includes B pillar and Canvas ) -800$, total like 2500$, I think you are right on and Quite possible.

Actually I think It is better, I took the half door approach. Now I look back and see, may be better approach to do full door, As I still get some cross winds and cannot use air conditioning

The other difference with B pillar is, the work gets bit more detailed as you will have to undo the factory ROPS, which I was not too confident If I can pull it thru in the time I had and might need bit more skill set. ( I am level 1 or 2 on a set of 5 , compared to the advanced stuff some of the guys do with their roxors here)

Also I am still stock, for the most part and I can go back to stock conditioning easily

Looks like extensive ROPS chopping is needed, to make the pillar work, but then your giving up rollover protection.

What do you think if you get the upper half 3-star window? You get a make shift pillar and you get a upper half window, thereby having a complete enclosure

True that can be done, I was just thinking if I need another 500$ for some plastic cover, If it is bit more rugged , sure

Regarding the other link he has done all the B pillars ( to me more detailed work) , if he finished it with Thar frame ( instead of Boat frame) would have made it much better.

I am not a big fan of three star products, as I think their products are inferior; however, I do like their upper half door configuration from personal experience. I do consider it an upgrade
