Is that the hardcabs one? Hopefully mine dont break. I have to slam them pretty good to keep them from rattling. Reach out to Wade, I bet they have a replacement part available and might not even charge for it.

Ya its a hardcab. The door was squeaking and driving me crazy, went to adjust it and it came apart in my hands

Dang! Yeah mine squeeked a ton too. Adjustment that fixed it was exactly what you broke, loosening that and bringing it closer to the seat so it pulled the door tighter. Hopefully mine doesn’t bust 😂

Looking to buy
Can it be welded and/or reinforced with another piece of steel behind the part that broke off? I am basing the idea on what your photos seem to reveal, and it looks "doable.? Even a simple arc weld on the rear of the cracks might be all right, but adding another piece of steel behind the broken part would allow one to reinforce the part that broke off and, in turn, allow the reinforcement piece to be welded to the slotted section, doubling its original strength.
