350 miles, MN summer starting and using the AC and fan unit dealer installed. 20- 30 miles max usage at a time, usually 4th gear 30mph down dirt roads (2000 rpms appx), (couple rips at 45 mph on county highway 1-2 miles 2250rpm appx) for context.

Anyhow, when using AC for longer periods of time I end up with water dripping on to the passenger side floor matt coming from near the fittings that go through the firewall. I found a discharge line going through the floor. I tested that line and it does disperse some water, but not sure if it is overwhelmed by the AC, or if there is a clog somewhere allowing water to pool in the system and then start dripping into the cab.

Any opinions are welcome before I start disassembling to investigate. Thanks Roxor Forums

Is it just the lines sweating? Not that we want that dripping everywhere.

It's not like it is pouring water into the cab, but a steady drip after running awhile, I would welcome a cold compressor line and condensation dripping over other problems. I have worked it shops as a tech, but not dealing with HVAC much. I do have AC gauges tool to hook up to ports, however I don't remember what the low and high pressures should read. My recollection was low side psi should be around the ambient temperature, high side about 100psi above that.

I have a 2023 HD All-Weather and it does the same thing. I never really investigated it but seems like somewhere in the forum I read it is sweating somewhere in the cab. I have just ignored it since the inside of my cab gets a little wet with each rain as well. I'll look closer at mine next time I use it but will be a couple of weeks as I am heading to South Dakota for a vacation.

I think I just today fixed mine. There isn’t a seal behind the front panel that the vents are connected to. Pull it forward and seal it, I used flex seal tape. Then the bottom vents also leak, at least mine did. I used a seam of b7000 glue around that. Then the passenger side line metal had the insulation installed shoddily… fixed that up and also wrapped the entire metal and all visible metal (minus the nut and a bit behind in case I ever need to take it off), with flex seal tape. In talking about the lines, not the box itself. Make sure you push the gooey crap from the factory into the seam back there, there’s a small hole in mine. No more drips.

Also, my system was overcharged. I thought it was undercharged, nope. Should show 34-35 psi low side at idle (850) and 21ish at 2200rpm. At least mine does and it blows wayyy colder and stays cold instead of short cycling.
