Heck ya! Thanks for all your patience it was a tough one to crack. The problem really was being able to read and write the ECM. We finally got it. I can't count the hours that were spent on the dyno and the miles racked up on a machine just sitting on the rollers. I believe this has to be one of the most thoroughly tested calibration we have ever released. We believe everyone will enjoy.
Yes! I have been working with Wade and his team on my Roxor since I purchased. Will be getting the upgrade once I get back to my Roxor and pull the ECM. Looks like impressive results in HP, Torque and top end speed even with the gear ratio!

Ordered the tune today, sending ECM out in the morning :cool:. Wades a beast. Also ordered electric fan conversion and the 1.5" climax shackles. I may cancel the shackles in the morning though. I think since the end game is to be on 35's with my 4.10 gearing I probably want the bmf or rc 5.5. What do you guys think?
Let us know your thoughts when you get it back! You are a few weeks ahead of me.

In addition to the power going from around 50mph to around 67mph max speed is a huge boost

I got the OEM Side Steps from Diesel Freak. I have been very impressed with the quality of construction. They are the perfect height for my 32"s with no lift.
From the top of the OEM Step to the Bottom of the Floor is FOUR Inches. (Probably No Enough)
You are in a Catch 22 situation. You need the step low enough to do some good getting in, but not low enough to knock it off wheeling.
You may need to do some calculating on exactly how high the door opening will be off the ground, with the Lift PLUS the Tall Tires. You might need a Six or Eight Inch Step to do some good.
My Dog rides in my Roxor. He thinks he owns it. If I were having a step fabricated I would have a solid step made from Tread Plate that my dog could not get a leg through. So far that is the only down side to the OEM Tubing Step. No problem so far, but I keep a good eye on my dog when I can.
A thought would be a step suspended on Steel Cable like on some heavy equipment. A cable suspended step could impact something on the trail without being mangled. Just something to think about.

Oh dude, I REALLY like the idea of the hanging steps. With thick enough steel cable, I doubt it would even move around a ton on the highway.. I think I'll knock that out here in a few months. Too easy to weld up a few extra thick plates and run the cable through it and hang it up. I was planning on the diesel freak steps but I was thinking the same as you. With the 5.5 and 35's its not gonna be low enough for her and the kids.

Were you the one whos dog snapped his leg? Saw that and that really sucks man! I'll definitely post a review on the tune. I'm excited. I was honestly pretty content with the 10 hp i've had since owning it for the most part lol. I'm AS excited for the electric fan conversion (so I can get some heat in the cab when I bring my kid to school in the morning) as I am for the tune HA

The tunes meant to increase top speed? Must have increased the red line (who even knows what it is on the 2.7?) I'm still gonna keep mine around the 2k range I figure, thats where my motor seems happiest (at least on the stock tune)

DrunkSlug No I am not the one who's dog broke a leg, however I can see how it could happen. My main rider is not a huge problem now, as he is 104 in dog years. I have to help him in and out. His replacement in training however I worry about more. His replacement is a young Briard Sheepdog. It is more into sleeping in the seat than riding so far. It is an athlete and needs no help getting in and out.

I forgot about the Electric Fan Conversion. You have several things to keep us posted on.
No mention of a Turbo Upgrade that I noticed. Am I correct that the existing turbo is still used?
Basically an ECU upgrade, with a few extra pony's available after the Electric Fan Conversion.
