Towing teardrop trailer

The Roxor supposedly has a 3400 pound tow capacity. I have a little teardrop trailer weighing 1500 pounds. Can I (should I) tow it? It has electric brakes. Is there a wiring harness available that will allow me to install a Prodigy brake controller? I would like the trailer brake lights to work as well as the electric brakes if I am going to try towing the trailer with the Roxor.
