When it comes to Canada. Is there any chance it can be registered street legal.

In Canada, new vehicle doesn't need to have airbags like USA. What are the chances that Mahindra will offer it road legal with some modification.

It's sold as and listed as an off-road vehicle so I doubt if you will see this street legal anywhere in Canada. Some municipalities/provinces or areas allow ATV/UTV etc use under certain local by-laws, that is about as close as you will get most places.

In SK, municipalities and towns are allowed to pass local laws to allow use on their roads, but they cannot be used on provincial highways as per The All Terrain Vehicles Act.

Call Dirt Legal get a Florida plate and run it in Canada. That’s the closest to road legal you will see north of the 49

Diesel and gas have different regulations (gas have 1000 CC limit, emissions I believe) and the US and Canada work closely together on most stuff and it is classified by the EPA in the states as a UTV and I'm sure it didn't just slip into Canada un-noticed.

FYI: I love mine in SK. Have 2200 klms on it since mid Oct.
