I AM NEW TO THIS SITE AND HAVE JUST PURCHASED A NEW 2019 ROXOR, I HAVE FOUND A SOFT TOP THAT A GUY HAD ON A 1988 YJ JEEP , DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS SOFT TOP WILL FIT ONTO MY ROXOR ?

No. No Jeep enclosures or doors work on the Roxor, at least without significant metal modification. CJ7 windshields and some Wrangler bikini windbreakers work with slight modification.
