Thanks, in the process of turn signals now. Probably going to get rid of the cheesy factory tail light connectors in favor of waterproof. Had glass put in when I first got my back in May / June. and also putting in footman loops in the bed area so things can actually be tied down and installing a usb plug on the drivers side to run the trail cam and gps. Surprised there is no switched 12v aux tap and that the winch is not on a warn relay?

I'm not really sure? I was the first one in the U.P. to take delivery so it may be an earlier window frame, not aware if they changed the design or not?

Truman Aye, I was a destroyer guy. My last couple were USS Barry DDG-52 currently stationed in Japan and USS Oscar Austin DDG-79 currently in Norfolk. I had a great time in the NAVY.......If someone develops a "go back" machine I'd go back and do it all over again!

Turn signals are pretty much wired up,did the whole thing for $136.04
Waiting for a couple waterproof connectors to hook the front lights in and it will be done, on to the next thing on the list.20181024_203541_LLS.jpg 20181024_203446_LLS.jpg 20181024_203504_LLS.jpg 20181024_203516_LLS.jpg

I received my original windshield in May too. I now have the updated windshield the only thing to change is a thicker windshield gasket, looks to be a thicker windshield too and now some self adhesive foam that goes around the windshield.

I got my recall replacement about a month ago. Same oberservation. I have worries about the durability of the foam adhesives.

I replaced the plastic windshield with safety glass from the local auto window place. I have experienced no more buffeting issues since then. They used the frame and gasket the plastic window was in, I think I'm good to go at this point.

Now if I could find the stainless bolts and nuts I bought to put in the footman loops in , I would be sooooo happy!

I was in the Marines, but I did serve on the Cleveland, Carter Hall, Nashville, and Iwo Jima. You can say I earned my sea legs. lol

It looks like you got a Special Edition, made for dealer, as did I. Mine is a 2018 and number 44 out of 300. How about yours?

Good looking with those decals and color
Tin Can Sailor - 456 11 22 ,USS DD 781, DDR 888

Great to see a lot of military family here! Since my last post the roxor has the composite top and soft doors as well as heat! Still ticking away and running great.

I wanted a tan one, but none in stock so settled for gray. Still though with my serial number on the hood and stars on fender and hood, and military tires, folks think it is the real deal at a glance.
