Has anyone converted to right hand drive? Moving to Scotland and want to take my Roxor along. I could leave it LH but it would be easier(mentally) to drive if converted.

I am unaware as to how costly it would be, but that sounds expensive as hell. May not be financially practical

The Roxor was created for the North American market, but was based on the Thar, which is right hand drive. Very likely you could source the needed Thar parts from India to do the conversion, but it is likely not worth the cost or effort. You would be better off just buying a right hand drive Thar either in Scotland or import it from India into Scotland.

I was wondering about doing it his as well, but for a slightly different reason. I'd love to be able to use the upgraded dash for the Original Thar.
They make these dashes, center consoles, and steering wheels, for the original thar to be able to upgrade the look and design, and then where it says "Thar" is where a lot of guys are putting in headunits.
Plus you get actual vents, gauges, dash buttons, and everything looks like it coulda rolled right out of a dealership, pretty much anyways.
The steering wheel would work right outta the gate I'm pretty sure, but everything else is setup for RHD....
The RHD part isn't necessarily what I care about, I would much rather use this dash but just kinda inverted or mirrored.
Don't get me wrong I do also love the simple, rugged, very "CJ" era current roxor dash, and it does make it wash for adding a din for radio or CB. That said, I do really like a setup like this where everything just looks very clean and ment to be.
Plus this would probably be as close as I could ever got to having one of the "New Thars" that they just came out with a few years back.

If you would like a genuine Thar from India I can get my hands on one and get it approved by customs. Personal message me if you are interested. I am from the states, and I live in Florida.
