How about 1000 pounds of water? Handled her like the beast she is. ?

Only brought “The Beast” down 2.75 inches and still room to spare before it bottoms out.

I have a board/bulkhead behind the front seats, without that board the tank would be 5-6" farther to the front. Then you could probably put a 90º elbow on the tank, then put your valve on and might not have to take your tailgate off.

I hauled out some pretty green wood last fall. I’m sure I was pushing the 1000 pounds also. It rode great. I have no problem loading this thing up. But I use to load my Rhino up also till it’s butt was dragging, this handles it better for sure.

This picture was drier wood, I did this with green wood too.

349 lbs keeps you from registering as 1/4 ton truck for road use ( or so I’m told by the dealer). Old jeeps could be registered as 1/4 ton trucks. Mahindra did their research.

The 349 payload limit is an number imposed by the EPA cause for the Roxor to be sold as a UTV in the class it is, I believe it can not exceed 3750 pounds total. With the Roxor being the weight it is, plus an operator, it doesn’t leave much left for payload to stay under the limit to be sold in the class it is as a SxS. That’s why the payload is so low. (I think I have that right).

Bister is correct. The rated payload of any side by side is a function of several factors, which I don't remember, and is regulated by the government. So I was told by the VP of Sales & Service of Mahindra. Interestingly enough, Mahindra hired the young lady that was in charge of these federal side by side regulations to help set up the ROXOR to meet same regulations. She obviously worked herself out of a job pretty quickly and they moved her into shipping.
