235 85 is a good size. From your pictures, it looks like you did not add spacers. No rubbing?
Did you decide on the add a leaf yet like we were talking about the other day?
No rubbing and they ride very smooth for a solid ten ply. I didn't end up needing any kind of spacer. Of course, this was in town driving so it has been truly tested yet. I am going to head to the ranch very soon and see if the extra leaf is really needed or perhaps just better shocks up front. I did take out the tape measure and now have 11.5" of ground clearance from the lowest skid plate.
At 30 lbs the Roxor is cushy going 55mph. No faster roads between me and tire shop but at 20 lbs it should be great for off road.
Now I think I will set it up to flat tow since it will stay at the ranch for months at a time. Not wanting a bigger trailer for limited use. Warn hubs are next.
The guys at Discount tire were great about showing different sizes and took great care on everything. Spare fits perfectly with room for the lock if needed. I will update after i go down some senderos and rough roads.
