Good Morning! I have a 2019 Roxor with around 4,000 miles. Ever since we got it, it has had intermittent power and will sometimes be a rocket and sometimes have no power. We have a Gillomen tune on it with the Diesel Freak intake kit to solve boost leaks. We have also changed the fuel filter several times. Any information about what the power lag is would be helpful. Thanks!

Does it have an automatic or manual transmission?

One person on here had a similar issue and he found that his right rear brake was hanging up. I believe another individual had an issue with the emergency brake not disengaging.

Just jack the rear axle up and check the wheels for free rotation. Even Mahindra recommends checking these items for lack of power issues.

First check for the free rotation then actuate and release the parking brake and check for free rotation again.

I would first release the brake cable controls and see if that frees the brakes. I think the other person found that his was a cable issue. If that does not release the brakes, then you will need to use a brake spoon and release them manually and then pull the wheels and brake drums to find the issue..

I unhooked the park brake underneath, and the cable going to the axle went back another 1/2 inch or so. The cable going from the brake handle wouldn't go back anymore. I jacked it up, and the tire spun very freely, so I took it out on the road and got up to a max speed of 64mph with the Gillomen tune. However, it won't hold 5th gear without steadily dropping RPM. Any thoughts?

Without putting a diagnostic tester on it I would check for continuity between the seatbelt pin A and pin 43 on the EMS ECU connector. Another area is the air filter being dirty or leaks in the air intake system.

Two additional areas would be the turbo waste gate being sticky or the EGR valve being stuck open.

Update: I finally got it all fixed. Here's the list of what I did.

1. Install Diesel Freak intake fix kit.

2. Unhooked the park brake cable because it was not adjusted correctly.

3. I still wasn't getting full power, so I thought I would try changing the computer because we talked to a guy whos aid that each computer is specific to the injector serial no. Since we have two Roxors and two Gilomen tunes, I put the other one in, and it has a top speed of 76mph and an average of about 70mph. Thanks, USMC, for the help! :)

although it will cause you to clench your checks, I have gotten it to 81mph, I can comfortably do 70mph all day on the highway; however, 81mph is a whole different experince I don't like nor feel comfortable in lol

Sorry to hear about that issue. I have a 2022 Roxor that is in excellent shape with no issues at all. If you know anyone who might be looking for a trouble free Roxor mine is for sale. Text me @713-962-4608 Don
