What is left foot 2wd enables mean? The tuners say it an option on their tunes. I know enabling something but what?

Called them, you can’t press the Roxors gas and brake pedals at the same time. Tried it, they are correct, they deactivate that feature so you can.

And what is the purpose to do that? I'm not following.

If you don't have diff locks, and you have enough power or gearing to overcome the brakes, you can put enough resistance of the spinning wheel for the diff to transfer power to the other wheel that may have more traction and sorta act like a locked diff. Also if you blow out your clutch you can have the side of your foot on the brakes slowing down, and blip the throttle with the right side of the same foot to match revs for a downshift.
