I usually get pretty invested in vehicles and join forums at some point, figured I'd join one on day one this time. Picked up a 25' all weather today, SUPER cool rig! Planning to make it my daily. I'll regear, larger tires. Most roads around me are >50 anyway and it's replacing an old 22r hilux. Anyway, my family is soon to be four (baby on the way). I'll be figuring out a full cab solution. Trying to figure out the best way into a good full cab setup with rear seats. I'm an experienced welder, I could do my own thing... That being said I really want it to look 'factory'. But 3k+? Any suggestions on the full cab guys? Really liking the diesel freaks folding seat, I'll probably go that route. I also ordered the self canceling with the stalk from diesel freak. Also really hoping they come out with a tune soon.. Spoke to them and it seems hopeful.

First drive, couple issues/complaints. The chatter coming from the play in the clutch is insane. Sounds like a throw-out bearing. I'll adjust the fork under the steering wheel tomorrow. The windshield wipers don't stay in sync. Also, drivers side headlight is pointed WAY up. From the factory with 8 miles? Small things, I'll adjust it.

This thing is a blast!

I purchased a 2024 HD, I did the base model, had the dealership install the HVAC system, also purchased the DFK hard cab that we installed (2 person cabin). I believe there is a 4 seat option from them also which could fit what your looking for. Only a few swear words were used during the install, no wrenches thrown so it went well!!

I would probably let Mahindra take care of the clutch issue.
You have a couple options on a Full Cab, both expensive.

I have a Fortress Roof and Windshield, with a Hard Cab Rear Bulkhead. I need to get it closed in with doors.

Built my own cab. Used a cj windshield with wipers and cj rollcage. Works well for me.

Did you by chance have the warranty card for vintage air.
It a green color. Vintage air provides a 3 year warranty.
My ac lasted 1500 miles but a lot of problems along the way.
I took mine to the local Mahindra dealer in Pollok Texas.
Nice people but lack the knowledge and training on the Roxor ac and heat.
I purchased all my replacement AC parts from Summit Racing.
Got the installation directions from Hard Cabs.
600.00 dollars later in ac replacements parts all good.
The dryer from Summit racing has a sight glass.
I love the Roxor its a lot of fun.
My Roxor is a 2022 I purchased in 2023.
I really like the the diesel engine.
I think because of the service after the sale is so bad.
This is what will hurt future sales of the Roxor.
Mahindra leaves you out to dry with warranty work.
Mahindra needs to contact owners and follow up with the experience during the warranty period.
Dealers are not getting enough training.
I don't ever see Mahindra ever selling vehicles in the US for road use.
Next time I am purchasing a old jeep. This is a one time purchase for me.

I found the problem this time. There’s a green wire hooked to the back side of the unit connected to the blue knob for the AC on the back. Mine was cut super short and was cane lose with just tension and road vibration. I extended it. It was also low of Freon when I first bought it so I tightened up all the connections I could find and added. But I agree, the QC/QA is terrible.

No warranty card that I saw, got a picture?
