I recently installed 5 point harnesses in my Roxor. They are great until I need to lean forward to reach under the seat or tune my radio to a different Channel, then I remembered the inertia reels we had on the pilot's shoulder harnesses in the Hueys in Vietnam. I found one that was deemed "Serviceable" at a surplus store for $35 and welded up a mount out of 1/8" chromoly plate. The mount box is bolted to the seat box with a 1/2" bolt, and to the floor with two 3/8" bolts. It works a good as I had hoped. Now I can lean forward to reach things without unbuckling and in a sudden jolt the reel locks up as it should. Wish I had picked up a couple more.
