I have had the Harbor Freight Frame Horn Hooks installed for quite a while now on the front of the Roxor. They were not expensive at all. ( Harbor Freight SKU 67497 Haul Master 10,000 LB Capacity Tow Hook $9.99 EA) So we are only talking $20 for a pair of hooks. Pretty Cheap for something I use a lot.
This morning I was out checking for fire damage on the hunting lease, and came up on a tree across the trail. Out came the 20 Foot Flat Strap from under the drivers seat. I looped the strap around the tree, and attached the other end to one of the Frame Horn Hooks, and dragged the tree out of the trail.
Later in the afternoon I was doing some clean up work in a valley where I plan to set up a nice Tower Stand between now and November. This is on my farm, not the Lease. I cut two trees that hung up in other trees. I thought about using the winch, but decided the 20 Foot Flat strap would probably work just fine. Back out from under the drivers seat came the 20 foot flat strap. I again hooked to the Frame Horn Hook, and pulled the trees down easy as pie.
I do not see the Frame Horn Mounted Hooks on many Roxors, which is a surprise to me. I use the hooks more than the winch. I do have Bow Shackles on all Four Corners, but the Hooks are handier to hook to for just easy pulls. I also have a Reese Hitch Hook that I can use on the back, again very handy for pulling things with a flat strap.

Can you show how and where you mounted these hooks to your Roxor and if you needed to drill new holes or if you used existing holes? Thanks

The Front Hook Bolt Hole uses the existing Front Winch Mounting Plate Bolt Hole on both sides.
I installed the Front Hook Bolt, then drilled through the back Hook Bolt Hole.
I have a Winch, so I drilled through the Winch Plate as well as the Frame Horn.
I had a 19mm Wrench extended by welding the center section from another wrench in between the ends. I also had it heated, the angle taken out of the Box End to hold the Flange Nuts inside the frame horn.
The Rough Country Wench Plate and the Frame Horn's both drilled fairly easily with a new drill bit.
