I know this is an old thread, so this is for new thread readers. Since the Plexi-glass is flat and 1/4" thick, I just pulled the plexiglass and took it to my local glass shop. One that does custom glass for buildings and such, NOT an automotive repalcement provider. Ask them to cut laminated safety glass to match the plexiglass shield. My exact cost was $174.00. YMMV. They will radius-cut it and file the edges. A true drop-in replacement. They "Can" drill holes, but don't do that, it will crack from repeated wind gust at the shield later on. Move the wiper motors down into the aluminum frame. You will find, if you're a tall person, that when you move the wiper motors down into the frame, the length of the arms doesn't cover your vision area. If you wish to fix this, you will need slightly longer arms. I'll save you guys the hassle of figuring out what mount the Roxor uses for the wiper arm motors. It's M8 DINN. I found adjustable length wipers that did the trick, but the mount size was bit elusive when I first did it. Hope this save some hassle. You will love the fact that the glass stiffens up the front windshield and makes driving at speed much more pleasant. Take care!
