E-Brake Fail

Well I broke my e-brake yesterday. I pulled the handle up as normal and then a loud snap! It seems that the cable connector broke right at the handle mechanism. Should I just try to fix myself or warranty it thru the dealer?

Reached out to Mahindra and the dealership where I bought my Roxor but no response yet. I feel like service would be better at the tractor dealer.
