My Roxor is on the farm so I cannot measure the bed as I am researching bed mounted sprayers. Could someone let me know the width between the inner wheel wells? I believe it is 35” but not sure.

Anyone use a pull behind sprayer instead of bed mounted?

Thanks

The best solution is a flat aluminum plate over the wheel wells covering almost the entire back bed. This helps with having lots more room in the back as well as space below the new deck. If you use some angle iron placed just inside the wheel wells, the deck plate will stay in place easily. Put your spray rig onto the new level deck.

jsmcada's 65 gallon sprayer is the best looking spray rig that I have seen on a Roxor. He did a great job on it. His Sprayer Hose set up has a Hose Reel. Very Professional, and well thought out. If you do some serious spraying, this is about as good as it gets on a Roxor.

I have a 25 Gallon Sprayer. It fits between the wheel wells. I have a Hard Cab rear Bulk Head on my Roxor. I have D Rings bolted to the bulk head to ratchet strap the spray tank in place. I am using a Fan Sprayer mounted to the Reese Hitch. A folding Boom Sprayer would probably be even better, and still could be fabricated to be Reese Hitch Mounted. My hand sprayer hose is just loose in the bed.
I have a Receptacle (120V Weather Proof only wired up as 12V) mounted on the Rear Bulkhead. I just plug the sprayer in for it to be powered up. I use this same receptacle for my Seeder which also is Reese Hitch Mounted.
I have my sprayer Power Cord junction-ed near the motor and have a switch cord going to the cab so I can turn the sprayer on and off from the cab.
