Amazed at Roxors For Sale

I stay amazed at the Roxors that come up for sale with very few miles on them. I was reading about one the other day that had 200 miles on it, and it was a 2022. In warm weather I can easily put 200 miles on mine in a weekend. They may have Turn Signals, Light Bars, Bumpers, Steps, Winch, etc added to them, and then they are not driven by the owner. This is hard for me to comprehend. If the temperature is 60 of above in the morning, I will be driving mine to do something that day. In cold weather mine may set for a few days without me driving it. That will be cured as soon as I have it closed in and a heater installed. I am totally amazed at the number of Roxor's that are bought, and then not driven hardly at all. I realize some folks live in locations where you would need to trailer one to a place to ride it. Where I live I can roll out the drive way and go for ever in about any direction on County Roads or Letter Highways. When the temperature is 60 or above in the morning I drive mine 15 miles in to work. I do realize that I live in an ideal location to own a Roxor. I do not believe that I would have bought one living in a location where it was a real pain to find a place to drive it.

I have noticed the same thing with Jeep Wranglers. You can find them with low mileage with no problem. My Two Door MOAB Wrangler is my daily driver. More correctly my wife's daily driver, she has pretty much taken it over. It is not low mileage. A Jeep is as close to a car as I have owned in 30 years. My other vehicles are 3/4 Ton 4x4 Quad Cab trucks. I think a lot of people buy Jeeps just for a weekend off road rig or Mall Crawler. My Jeep is my Car.

Yes. I ageee. I bought my to work on my remote property and as a side maybe run around town if I bring it back to the city some. I wanted a diesel utv for the power. In my opinion these Roxors are made to work and most people just don't have a job for them so they take up money and space and then people unload them. I for one have a bunch of $$ tied into mine that if I sold I know would not be able to get out of it so will be keeping it for years to come!

Gabe I plan on this Roxor being my last side by side purchase. UNLESS Mahindra makes some serious improvements such as a Twin Stick Transfer Case Shifter, Clutch Type Limited Slip Rear differential, Door openings that accept Jeep Doors without modification. Then I might trade the 2024 in on a new improved Roxor.

[Hummingbird Ranch]

I too am amazed at the number of people buying, and then selling their Roxor. Mine is perfect for what I bought it for and I love it. To me it is like having an old jeep CJ2, but with a diesel, perfect for use on the ranch with all of my other diesel equipment. I believe that many are thinking they can use it as a cheap street legal Jeep, and plan to use it either to commute to work or drive long distances on the highway to an off road weekend play location and either find out it is difficult to legally drive it on the street, or is just not well designed for long highway trips out of the city. I really think the 2023 HDUV and up were well designed for hard ranch use or as hunting buggies. I too would have preferred the original twin stick, but it is not that big a deal for me, as I have rarely needed to ever even put it in 4WD drive on my ranch with rocky, hilly, but dry patch, of the desert, unless I just need some more traction on a steep hill. I have only had it in 4th and 5th gear twice to run down to a neighboring ranch. 90% of the time I am crawling around the ranch in 2nd gear, or maybe 3rd when the road is not too rough.
