Greetings all! I have a 2019 Roxor with A/T and find that when I drop into a low gear at low speed, the Roxor slams into gear... It's a wierd feeling and noise to hear it go into gear, with a very visible and strong clunk!! It doesn't seem to affect the drive at all, or make any other noises afterwards. Usually, this happens most notably when I slowly enter my garage to park, when it slams into the low gear... Just curious if anyone else is experiencing something similar?

Thank you, but I'm not talking about low range transfer. I'm talking two wheel drive with warn hubs unlocked. Just driving in two wheel drive with the A/T in Drive (D) mode. The jeep jerks into low gear when I drive at very slow speeds, but when I accelerate, it drives very normal and shifts without issue.

You mean when the transmission downshifts into 1st gear?

I've only driven an automatic roxor once, but it was on a dirt road. I never noticed a hard downshift.

Yes, I actually took it to the dealership today and have an appt. for a diagnostic soon. The technician said, "that don't sound right." I'm like...yeah, thats why I am here. LOL!

Yes, I went to Vivid Tune in Phoenix and did a stage 1 tune. I have had the jeep up to 67 MPH, butprobably will not drive it that fast on a regular basis. I just wanted the limiter off and some better throttle response. They also removed the EGR program.

2019 Roxor, A/T, warn hubs, soft top, rear seat, front end level, street legal package, stage 1 tune. Nash powersports completed the graphics and seat upgrades.

Hello all, well I finally have an answer to the mechanical noise coming from the Roxor at low speeds especially while turning. It is the leaf springs binding and snapping back. I took my Roxor in this last time and finally met a fellow Roxor enthusiast, who also works at the Dealership!! Mahindra agreed to do all repairs under warranty, so its just a matter of getting parts now.... Not sure if anyone else may have had the same issues with the leaf springs and bushings being misaligned?
