So I've installed the transfer case very minimal modification to the floorboard. The left hand mounting boat is not living up room for the nut it was extremely difficult tapped it on with a punch, the factory u-bolts are not wide enough to go through the holes on the new transfer case which was a minor fix, and the transfer case set snuggly upon the crossmember and so I'm now about to go see that I can get a gap between the transfer case and the cross member should be an easy fix but those are the issues I found. took me about two and a half hours and that's given by myself in this 100° Arkansas weather outdoors on the ground. Fun fun so simple but a couple of things to be worked out. Anyone with any clue if I'm just doing something wrong is there another way to get the space between that cross member and the transfer case itself?
