I have been doing some reading to see if the Harbor Freight Road Shock 6-LED Lights could be used to replace the factory Roxor headlights. (In The Headlight Buckets) So far with no luck.
One would need to use the Harbor Freight Wiring Kit with Relay, and Switch I am sure. The lights have a Low Beam (2-LED) and a Hi-Beam (6-LED) Mode. This looks to be a good option if the Low Beam is not too bright for On-Road use. I have not seen a set used so far to know just how bright they would be. Everything I have seen so far is for Auxiliary Lighting, and not a Headlight replacement. From what I can tell they are impressive in Hi-Beam mode.

Don’t think they’re gonna fit. Look at the housing. Doesn’t look round. And i think the dimensions are slightly too large. Shows to be just over 7”. Maybe with some modifications you can get them to fit but why bother. Just get a light for a Jeep and plug and play.

txroadkill you have a good point. Jeep LED Headlights are probably a better choice.

There are plenty of 7" round options available with a little modification of the retaining ring that holds the OEM light in place. I originally modified the ring after watching the YouTube video but I used a 4" grinder with the sanding disk. This method removes material very quickly and is very easy. I however didn't like how flimsy the ring and become and my OSD kicked in and preferred something more solid. I found these rings on Amazon and with some modifications of the factory setup and theses purchased parts I came up with something that I was satisfied with. However I think you could remove the factory setup and mount the Amazon brackets and have a solid setup with plenty of adjustment to satisfy oncoming cars. With the setup I created I find the alignment adjustment a little lacking.

Look way back into the 2018-2019 threads. There are some great suggestions there. I changed mine in 2018 to some 7” led DOT approved lights. Had to do minor trimming on ring but very easy. Adjusted the headlights and they have been great ever since.

I need to do more research. When I upgraded my Wrangler MOAB a went with higher power Halogens, not LED's. I am sure that the LED options have came a long way since then. Probably more choices, and better prices.
