I can't figure out how to remove the stock headlights. I was told it's just 3 nuts and done, but there's something else to it or I'm just dumb.

Looking at pics of the new Roxors it looks like you might have to remove the grill to get the headlights out. Of course just changing bulbs is easy, but the actual lens part looks to be behind the grill.

To remove the bulb housing it should be just an easy quarter turn.

On the 2023 and ups, which headlight did you put in? On ebay, there is a seller from India selling Roxor specific LED lights. I've sent him an email asking if the bucket has to be modified.

I removed the grill not to take out the headlights but to add some amber marker LEDs. I saw some LED Bulbs with integral cooling fans someone put in their Roxor. This is as easy as replacing the halogen bulb. No need to remove anything else. When my Halogen bulbs die, I think I am going to try those, they look promising, are cheap, and I can always go with the full housing/bulb replacement later if needed. By the way Where do you live in DFW? I live on the West side of Fort Worth, but my ranch is in Langtry.

I have one of the Roxors that they are putting the light bars on. The headlights are pretty weak. Amazon has the H4 LED bulbs with fan for $20 for the pair-heck, I'll bite. Should be here tomorrow. I live out here in Granbury but am building over in Pecan Plantation where golf carts, can ams and rangers abound. Haven't seen a Roxor there yet and we got plenty of looks when we were driving around there-I trailered it there and had some fun. Even took it off road into the undeveloped area where our lot is. I had to go out of state to get mine.

You will make all the rest jealous when you drive around in your Roxor, with your diesel engine, cast Iron manual transmission and transfer case, steel body and essentially Dana 44 axles and they are all driving plastic wrapped golf carts and go-carts with CVT belts, albeit with nice suspensions. Some will outrun you, but none of them will out pull you or come anywhere close with the cool factor. When any of them want to challenge you, just hook up your tow strap and have a pull off. You will drag them backward with all their tires squealing every time.

Let us know how you like the fan cooled LED bulbs. I suspect the weak link is the fan. If the fan goes, the LED goes and maybe your plastic housing, so keep a close eye on them.
