I have not seen any discussion on this topic. Again to give Wade a shout out he answered my questions. He told me there is no rev limiter on these machines. Apparently they will run out of fuel before and major damage. He did say they stop making power at about 3000 rpms. I was concerned about it because mine at 60 is turning about 2500 rpms and it seemed high to me. It does have the 5.38 gears...

Correct 3200 rpm is the redline....and yes..the stock fuel pump doesn't have enough juice push beyond those redlines.
With that said try to keep under 2500 rpms on your regular drive and your engine can go on for 200k + miles
