Hello. Excited to get to get to know my new Roxor. I'm not super mechanically skilled or inclined but I want to learn. I'm having a heck of a time figuring how to do the weekly water/fuel separator maintenance. I found a thread on here where someone mentioned posting a video in 2020 but I couldn't find it and not sure if it's the same on the 2024 model anyway. I've searched YouTube and also can't find one. Then I found this forum and hoping someone can help me out! :)

Other questions....
1. I can't open the hood unless someone else pulls the release while I manipulate the lever from under the hood. Is this normal?
2. The doors don't open unless you push hard on them to latch all the way. They only partially close on their own. Is this normal?
3. There is a rattle from the vents when the heat is on. Is this normal?
4. When putting it into 4WD it's hard to tell when it is in gear. Any tips on shifting into the 4WD?
5. Is there a dedicated spot to put a license plate? It doesn't seem to line up exactly anywhere on the rear.

I think that's all of my questions for now. :) Looking forward to connecting with members of the forum!

1. You may need to adjust the catch on the latch assy. I am not familiar with that.

2. Yes, my doors are difficult too. I had to adjust the drivers side a few times. I used the trial and error method to adjust the striker and the catch. Still not great, but if you don't slam the door, it will last longer before you need to adjust it again. The door doesn't fit right and will need some work.

3. I have a little rattle when I run the ac. Running the heat is fine

4. It is tough. It works best if you are rolling slowly. It gets easier.

5. You will need a bracket. I have a rear bumper that supports a plate and a sparetire mount that supports a plate. But I am jealous that you can get a tag for it where you live.

Welcome to the club!

Thank you for that feedback! I may see about running it over to the dealership and seeing if they will make those adjustments.

I bought a plate holder on Amazon

Shifting: you will have to get the feel of it, sometimes it helps to slowly let the clutch out and push it in to get the transfer case to shift

The hood? I need to do a stretch Armstrong
One hand on the hood, the other pulling the latch
I can’t otherwise seem to adjust it

If you want to learn about cars and mechanics this is one of the easiest straight forward vehicles to work on
