New Roxor Owner

Been looking around for a while and decided to pull the trigger on a MI street legal 2018 Roxor (3.5K miles). It has a VIN and MI assembled vehicle title. I wonder if I can get this street legal in IL with the MI title and paperwork? Also would be interested if there is anything I can do to prevent the speedo issues I read about. Any other advice would be welcomed. Thank you.

I got it street legal in IL. Was surprised how easy it was transferring the MI assembled vehicle Title.
