Hey y'all, picked up my new to me 2019 Rox. Bought it from a fussy owner who used it to ride around the farm with his grandkids. He gave his grown kids the OK to make some mods, so they did. The mods you can't see are DF stage 1, full exhaust and stuff to make it street legal. Yesterday was my 1st time getting the engine out of 3rd gear, test drive was around local neighborhood. Got on some 2 laners with 55mph limits and it hummed along nicely at 60 in 5th gear at 1750RPMS. I drove it 65 miles to get it home, took very little time to get used to handling at high speed.
Tires are BFG 285/75R/16 with 1.5 spacers and leveling kit. My wife and I are stoked to do some exploring with the new ride.

Thanks guys, fixed a couple of things today. Turbo Intake boot was crooked allowing the bottom edge of the boot to slip up above the clamp. If it doesn't stay then I'll get the DF intake kit.
The tires weren't aired up for the road, noticed the center threads had no wear. Bumped the 285 BFGs up to 40 PSI.
Had it out today and all smiles.

When I had my tune done by DF I also added the intake kit. (part of the tune) It is much better but I did need to do serious cutting on the 90 degree elbow to make it short enough to fit and had to really loosen the cold pipe to put it together.

I've had my Rox for 3 months now and when I stop someplace everyone wants to know about it. Some think it's a jeep, some have never seen a Roxor. One common comment is where can I get one.
I've been using it for local hops with only about 350 miles do far. I got caught in a downpour of rain one day so I added a wiper from dirt warriors, all plug and play so no splicing.
Added small stuff like license plate bracket with light, dash directional leds, storage box. Built a single bay garage to keep the NC weather of it when not in use.

Big Welcome from South Central Missouri.
Sounds like you are enjoying it. Keep us posted on improvements, and modifications. We can always stand more folks posting on here. Several of the old "Early Owners" have quit posting. I sure miss them.

Happy for you that you have the earlier model. I'm wondering about the newer ones have the 5.38 gearing. Not having to trailer to get to the woods roads is a blessing.

Hey P Straight

I have a 2022 with 5.38s. I just added 35 inch tires with 2 inch wheel adapters on the stock rims. I had no problems on the paved roads. Mine runs 2400 RPM at 55 MPH. I did add the 1.5 inch front and 1 inch back shackles to give a little more clearance, especially on the rear. I only had maybe 3/4 inch clearance on the rear between the front lip of the fender and the tire.

I found Pro Armor Crawler tires that are 35 x 10 x R16 that are rated for 50 MPH.

That was the single hardest thing I've done on the Roxor to date. I hated every minute of it.

(not top speed) - Stage 2 tune, 5.38 gears, 32.83" tires, 65 MPH @ 2925 RPM

99.9% of the time, 50 MPH @ 2250 RPM is the fastest I go.
