Just wondering if anyone has Found/Installed a Clutch Type Limited Slip in a late model Roxor with 5:38 gears?

I did mine with Detroit True Tracs front and rear. I switched to 4.88 gears with 35" tires though because i had to upgrade axles and carrier anyway. But, if you're looking to just add a posi carrier to the factory gears, you will probably be out of luck. Different spacing than Dana 44, and Not much out there without upgrading the axle to accept all Dana 44 components. If you do upgrade to 30 spline axles, tons of options out there. Any Dana 44 components will work.

Longslyde you are correct. I have found a couple options for 19 Spline axles, however they do not work with 5.38 gears.
It is looking like an axle swap to 30 Spline would be the best way to make a limited slip happen.
With a Limited Slip in the rear end, and a Twin Stick Shifter I would be a happy camper. A Stage I Tune when available would also make me smile.

Diesel Freaks had a locker if you want to go that way but my dealer wouldn't install. I am still in thoughts in regards to this issue.

"Lockers" ARE available. But Clutch Pack Posi and True Trac style (Worm Gear) limited slips are not... At least not witout changing carriers to Dana 44 style options... Just clarifying what the OP was looking for. (y)

I had a TorQ Locker in my rear end for a couple weeks. I discovered that a Lunch Box Locker and Hard Surface Road are not a good combination.
As long as you can coast around corners the locker goes clickity click which is not bad. As soon as you apply power when turning on pavement things are not so good with loud bangs, and sounds like parts are breaking as cogs jump when trying to be locked up.
A limited slip with a clutch pak would be a huge improvement.

I did manage to find a limited slip for a 19 spline, but for 3.73 Gears and numerically lower. Nothing that would work with 5.38 gears.

UPDATE:
I may have found a Limited Slip Unit if they still make it. I need to call Auburn Gear and check on availability.
Auburn Gear "Grip-N-Loc"
Part # AG546084
Listed for 1970 and older DANA 44 with 19 Spline Axles
3.92 and Higher Gears
Comes with an Axle Spacer
