Probably not without extreme patience. I covered the hood with a moving blanket prior to installation.?

My hood-mounted hi-lift jack needed some black to offset the bright paint. It's all about the visuals you know. I added some black hammer finish coating.
Having it outside eats it up after a couple years. The highlift on my TJ is mostly useless now. I'd like to see one hoisted up high on the rear 45 bars. Seems most of those kits are chassis specific though.
