drop down tailgate for Roxor....

I ran across this while roaming on eBay:

This is just the hardware and instructions, not the actual tailgate which can be bought from several vendors in several styles (plain, "Jeep", "Willys). I've often thought a drop down tailgate would be more useful for me than a swinging gate. I don't have a spare tire to carry, and they suggest if you do, that you get a swing away tire carrier.

This kit is for the TJ/YJ, any thoughts on putting one on a Roxor?

Might work, I'm just not sure of the width differences between the Roxor, CJ and TJ gates.

The Omix-Ada tailgates give dimensions of 37" wide, 15 inches tall, and 2 inches thick. That is for a CJ5 tailgate. The Roxor tailgate opening is 36 inches wide, and the Roxor tailgate is about 39 inches wide. The CJ7 tailgate from Omix is shown as being 36 inches wide.

I am interested is seeing if there is enough space to attach the hinges underneath the tailgate, as it looks smaller on the Roxor than on the TJ/YJ photos.
