I have the same thing on my 2026; after turning the ignition off a, I get 4 short alternating beeps/chirps, slight pause then one more short beep/chirp and then it stops. I have less than a 100 miles on it and it has done it since day 1. I reached out to Mahindra, but have yet to hear back.
There is no speaker/beeper in the Roxor, what you are likely talking about is the electronic actuator noise of the EGR cleaning itself after shutting down. Open hood, listen to the EGR and see if that’s what he is hearing. This is common on all diesel engines in the world, nothing to worry about if that is what he is hearing, he is likely new to owning a diesel vehicle.
