Beautiful job!Tinkered with a cull piece today and added 2 more slots. Needs a little tweaking but you get the gist. View attachment 8263View attachment 8264

$325 plus 50 bucks or so for shipping to Elizabethtown. Want me to put your name down for one?Very Nice!! How much and to ship to 42701, Thanks
Very nice grille for a very fair price. No doubt a better value than what I am offering. I hope you’re not offended or threatened by my mediocre shop skills. My #1 motivation on this forum is to inspire others and gain inspiration from others. That being said, I don’t mind dedicating a few hours of my time in the shop to making a handful of members rides a little more awesome than they already are. Like most people these days my time is precious and I’m only trying to take on what I have time to produce. I wish you nothing but the best of luck with your awesome grilles. Feel free to use my posts to promote them anytime.View attachment 8280 7 Slot Aluminum grille bare $235.00 powder coated $269.00 includes delivery in the lower 48 states.

Looks good. I found that with the door going straight up from the large radius, it created a blind spot. Also, the ROPS at the windshield angles in toward the roof. Any flat door needs to be angled in to match this. I spent 2 days working on this door only to figure out that a piece of HDPE this big is too flimsy to go down the trail or road at any speed. Looks cool parked though. Here is with door on. The black transition piece is all cut and trim. But look different once powder coated.
