Roxor PMCS (Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services)

The guy in this video has a great point. I know that many of us have had minor issues with our Roxor's such as loose bolts, low fluids etc. As a community, could we come up with our own PMCS manual? I would love a list of things that I should look for/ watch out for, created by actual owners/users of these vehicles of the minor problems that they've had. For example: I had loud popping in my suspension when I took it out for my first ride. None of the Zerk fittings had any grease in the front end. I fixed that because of this forum! What would you add to our PMCS manual?

My steering was getting bad also but it was the tie rod end that was loose in the knuckle. Went through and tightened all the connections in the steering linkage after that.
