I picked up a Mahindra windshield yesterday from the dealer. I had been running with a full plexiglass option that you can find on eBay but wasn't great for high speed. We installed the new windshield and it looks great however at high speeds, (65mph) the bottom flaps pretty bad. Has anyone had this problem and what was your solution? I am thinking it needs some screws or bracing at the bottom of the frame.

I fixed my problem with some weatherstriping and two bolts on the bottom of the windshield. Drilled holes in the windshield to match the two holes already on the Roxor that the windshield covers. Much better, factory should be adding that to the windshields!

Would it be practical to replace the plastic window with a piece of automotive glass? Would that change maybe provide some rigidity without extra bracing?
