Factory lift KYB front shocks bit Bilstein in rear?

Any reason my factory lift 2020 roxor would have KYB shocks in the front but Bilsteins in the rear? My brothers has KYB all around. Dealer seems to have no idea what I'm talking about. Any info?

I have a 2020 with the factory lift and KYBs on all four. Planning to replace them with Bilsteins. If I had your set-up I'd only have to replace 2 and save some money
