I bought my Roxor for working on my property in the Rockies. I I have 80 acres and run back and forth between 5500' and 8000' working on the road, logging and hauling supplies. Took it out a couple times this winter in the snow. Wind chill at -10* wasn't fun and deep snow with an open differential forced me to use a come along to get un stuck. Time to accessorize, but I want more function than I wanted pretty. It will be used to haul fuel for equipment, pull logs, hunt and will be getting scratches up here.

Bought a On the Rox windshield frame for $650 plus $125 for glass.

Installed the factory heater/defroster. The wiring harness did not work and I had to use a test light and cut and fix it to make the plug and play work for $500.

Harbor Freight 9000lb winch and modified their mount to fit the frame. Used a tractor battery disconnect switch right off the battery to protect the positive cable from shorting out in case of an accident. $300

Bought a 10' stick of 1/4" wall 3" x 3" angle iron and built front and rear bumpers. 2" receiver on the back and a loop on the front to protect the winch. $100

Aftermarket UTV turn signal kit. $70

Mirrors $50

Bought a Spartan Lunchbox locker for the rear from Amazon for $230. Factory had the driver's side hub on so tight that my puller broke trying to get it off. The differential cover had way too much black RTV sealer and it was caked around the bearings.

Then came the fun part, using 1/8" wall metal, 1" square tubing, 1" angle and 1" flat bar I welded up a full hard top cab. Angle iron to make a lip on the tub and square for the corners and top bars. Just cut and tack welded on the body until it was a skeleton then pulled it off and welded it up. Had several 2' x 4' sheets of aluminum from another project. Pop riveted them to the frame. Door hinges are fixed pin house door type from Ace hardware. Door handles all keyed alike from Amazon. Primed everything with Rustoleum self etching primer. Then sprayed everything with a gallon of Raptor bed liner tinted to match. 6 bolts hold the top to the tub. I'm tall so the roof is about 6" higher than the windshield. A 1" piece of flatbar rests in the groove on the windshield. 1/4" plexiglass is used on all windows. The door windows slide up and down in a U track from Ace hardware. Still working on a system to pin them in the up and halfway open position.
1" metal $200, Hinges $40, Handles $70, Plexiglass $200, Primer paint $100, Raptor bed liner $200.

I've had 4 factory wheels on order for a month and will put some inexpensive 235/85/16 mud tires on when they arrive. About $600

So about $3500 to get the Roxor ready for work.
