Very nice. I like that better than the others I’ve seen posted. Except for the high seat which would be great for spotting game.

Hi, I’m a new member and will be receiving my Roxor Tuesday. Love this backseat you chose. Is it possible to install shoulder belts or is it impossible based on the ROP’s?

The rear section of the roll cage needs to be up-and-across, like a modern 2-door Wrangler, to protect rear passengers in a roll over, and to properly attach rear shoulder belts. The current diagonal CJ-style rear bar does neither. Mahindra is supposedly working on a 4-seat option with appropriate rear roll cage, but it's not available yet. Alternatively you can weld a custom rear bar section, pretty easy to do, or pay someone.

Install was pretty straight forward. Directions are decent, but they are laid out for wrangler seat replacement.

We started with placement of the seat from top side. Where we thought it would be best for legroom as well as cargo space. Then we went underneath to determine if access was easy or appropriate location to drill and bolt. Seemed to work out pretty well. Overall I’d highly recommend. The vinyl is a different grade to oem Roxor seat, but it’s close enough (I’m a little fussy).

Seatbelts were a different story. No directions, but again install was pretty straight forward and common sense.

The only modification I had to do was for the seat stoppers on bottom side where the rear of the seat is anchored. We had to add larger rubber stops to get the seat to latch with a tight fit. (See pic below)

Wheaton59, thank you very much for the explanation and the other pictures. Getting ready to order the seat now I’ve looked at a couple others and I like this the best the way it folds up and out of the way when you don’t need it and even down you still have room to put stuff behind the seat.

Yes. I agree. Also be careful some seats look the same, but not all include mounting brackets / hardware. They make the assumption you are replacing an old wrangler seat and that you will swap hardware. Good luck:)!

I’ve been asked what I used for seat stoppers on the rear seat install. Although I don’t have a part number. It was a plain rubber stopper from a local hardware store. Which I drilled out and used the bolt from the original stopper. See pic below. Hope this helps.

Did you have any problems with fuel tank? Or did you drop it? Leave seat far enough forward to miss it?

No need to drop fuel tank. Pretty straight forward install. Let me know if there’s anything else...Good luck.
